I found a couple of items I couldn't find elsewhere and came across Lifestyle and Heritage. I had a very small window for the items to be delivered and had missed the usual window. I contact the company via the web chat and was dealt with by James. I could not have been assisted any better, the customer service was absolutely brilliant and last thing on a Friday as well! James was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my order would reach me in time. I would whole hearted recommend using this site for a great customer service experience. This is the old fashion level of service from a quality retailer that is so often missed with the online shopping experience. Perhaps, they should look at offering customer service training to other shops. 5 stars service and brilliant experience. The only thing I would say is, give the web chat a minute or so as it may not connect you straight away, but the customer service will be worth the wait! Thanks to James again. He has secured repeat business from me.
