Item not delivered and no reply from customer services despite several messages on voicemail, email, online chat and Facebook. I bought a pair of trousers from Lifestyle and Heritage. I received an e-mail confirming delivery of the item but nothing arrived in the post. While this could have been a problem with delivery and could have been easily resolved, the communication with customer care has been AWEFUL! I called more than 10 times and left voice messages as no own answers the phone. I emailed the company and even chatted to someone on their online chat but yet now answer Addendum: I have now received the order via courier with a complimentary gift and a discount. A very nice gesture by James who has worked hard to correct the issue. It appears the product was lost on the first occasion and the company was short staffed resulting in delayed communication st the beginning. Very pleased with the product.
