The product,men's sheepskin slippers,were excellent value for money and the quality of the goods are first class.The service I received was second to none and the slippers were dispatched immediately on receipt of my order.Unfortunately the Royal Mail let them down as it took 3 days to deliver them even after paying for first class post.If this is just a one off then it can be overlooked but if it is a more regular occurrence then it may be advisable to use a different carrier.
