Absolutely appalling customer service. My 11 year old son bought a cap on Sunday in Life Style Sports, Dundrum branch. He was in a brief shower on Monday and the colours ran and ruined it. I phoned the Dundrum branch to be told there was nothing they could do because I didn't have a receipt. He had paid in cash with his birthday money. In fact, I was told they were too busy to talk to me. Apart from the shoddy Champion sports hat which was not fit for purpose, the customer service was extremely rude. I was put on hold and they subsequently hung up. No response from the customer service either.
