Bunch of crooks. No legitimate invoices sent for purchases. Cannot provide this. Sent faulty item. Contacted via WhatsApp that shoes where clearly defective. Pretended they couldn't see defect on shoes, which basically was the front of the sole coming off. Sent high resolution video clearly showing defect would not accept it to give a refund. Contacted nike directly who are going to help as under warranty and have stated they are defective, however due to no legitimate invoice being in place they cannot issue yet. The cheek of this company telling me that these football boots, that the sole plate coming off is normal wear and tear, even though this was coming loose from first purchase. Do not trust..
