They had the best prices and all the negative reviews were people unhappy that they could not make changes afterwards. They are not Walmart, in order to get the best prices, no free refunds, no free changes. Accept it just like any other risky part of any vacation. If you want insurance then pay full price the morning you go out to ski. The ski hill will love you paying full price and all other skiers like myself will love you for supporting the ski hill. ;-)
