The website itself is good with a very good selection, though a lot of beers were unavailable, including two I particularly wanted. I would prefer to be able to order them even if there is a bit of a delay in them coming. The problem was that I never received the beer. In spite of being told twice that it would be delivered the next day, it never was. The reason I didn't rate the service "Very Poor" is that the firm responded quickly and refunded my order, although I was told only part had been refunded (and could expect the rest) when, in fact, it had all been refunded. I would give the website another try as these things can happen.
