Had ordered from them for over a year. Noticed a flavor change about two months ago on the Juicy vapes. A few weeks later, one of the vapes was dead on arrival. Messaged them and they gave me a coupon for the value. Fast forward three weeks, same thing happens with another one. Messaged them about the issue (keep in mind, after ordering for over a year) see below:

I just opened one of the juicy vapes from order: S1000640712, and for the second time the vape was defective. I tried plugging it in and the light flashes a few times and then goes out. This is the same thing that occurred a few weeks ago. Not sure if there is an issue with the 5500’s, but I would like a refund.

Hi. Unfortunately, we already have given you many refunds on disposables. We do ask that if this brand is not working out for you to try another brand.
So, refunding you more than once for a defective product is MY issue, they stole my money and couldn’t care less that they lost a long-time customer. Avoid at all costs.
