Visited the store yesterday but unfortunately the lamps I had seen online were not available in showroom to actually look at, Assistant Stephanie explained due to COVID there was limited samples to see. However her service beyond that was exceptional, she helped me look through several brochures , had endless patience and a great vision of what I was looking for. Very happy with my order , couldn’t be more helpful. Very much appreciated in this world where we order everything online and customer service has gone out of the window ! A refreshing change to get such excellent customer service , Thank you Stephanie , highly recommended this store and it’s service.
