I had paid for 12-20 day shipping. After 30 days (most of which it was stuck in China) I contacted the company. I had spent extra so that if the item disappeared/got lost in transit they would replace it. Due to COVID-19 I contacted to ask about delays and when my package should arrive. They gave me a date and I waited. I contacted them again about having the item resent and they told me to wait another month. I ended up getting a full refund only because I called them out on social media and they wanted me to take down my series of posts. Be careful where you shop and don't shop at light in a box.
