Waiting for delivery since the end of April (it’s now August 5th). After being put off with excuses that the delay was due to the shipping option I chose, I tried to reply to the ongoing email thread with customer service only to be told the concern had been closed. I started a new complaint but doubt I’ll ever see my item or a refund.
Should have bought this locally. The price difference isn’t worth the frustration (and over 90 days of waiting for a seasonal item).
