Arghh wish I had seen these reviews before handing over my money! I paid extra for expedited postage in July, that promised delivery in "5-9 working days". Nearly a month later, I contact customer services to check on my package (shipped but god knows where), and was told that "in pandemic times, delivery takes 2 MONTHS". (!?!?) We've been in a pandemic since March! And even now - 1/2 a year later - Lightinthebox is charging extra for and promising bogus 5-9 day "expedited" deliveries!!
I leave Singapore in a few days (for a year), and will not be here to receive my parcel - IF it arrives - in September. I explained to customer service that if the seller been honest about the real delivery time of 2 months, I would obviously never have ordered anything, given my departure date. So asked for either a refund in full, or have my parcel re-shipped to London where I live. Know what she said? "No refunds once shipped. I hope your parcel arrives soon."
Just wow. Never again. Stay well clear of this unethical company that blatantly defrauds customers.
