The only issue I had with this company was the delivery part of the service. For some reason my house no was not on the order (presumably I missed it off, but was not prompted to add it). It managed to get to the delivery company who obviously couldn't deliver it. After a couple of emails where I gave my full address a week went by and I still hadn't received my order. On returning from work the next day a neighbour from over came with a parcel and asked was it for me. Although I had given my full address the number had still been put down wrong. Luckily the neighbour who took the parcel in for her next door neighbour realised it was actually addresses to us over the road and three doors up!! \nHaving said all that the original ordering process was easy and once I finally received my goods I was very pleased with them and would definitely order again (having made sure my address was fully spelled out on the order form!)
