The product is excellent at a good price, however, DPD didn't dispatach within a week of receiving your email stating that the parcel was out for delivery. I rang your office and spoke to a young lady who was most helpful and said she would arrange for another order to be dispatched on next day delivery. I asked if this could be sent to my daughter at Nottingham University as the order had been intended as a gift to take with her. The lady took my daughter's address details at the university, however, the replacement order arrived at my home address! I'm now having to post the candles to my daughter.
