The service on telephoning for information was very helpful, polite and to the point. The delivery was quick and on time and the value for money of the product was generally good except for one set of the ten light sets purchased. I this case the string was very poorly made the last five of the ten light string failed to work and the tenth light was detached and tied to the package.
