I ordered 2 sets of outdoor festoon lights one set had a bulb that would only work intermittently. I contacted lights4fun customer services with a picture and I had a response back the following day they sent me out a new set which I received the following day after that email!! New set are perfect. Very happy with the products & the fast & friendly response from the customer service team. Great company, highly recommend.
