Had seen a lot of similar reviews about some solar lanterns being faulty, but that the customer service was good so decided to risk it. Ordered 2 solar lanterns, but one didn’t work. Called customer serves and they were indeed very good and replaced the faulty lantern. So in summary this specific spiral solar lantern seems Poor quality even for its low price but the customer service is Very Good. I have bought outdoor string lights from Lights4Fun several years ago and those lights are still running fine outside so I would use the company again and recommend them.
