Terrible! Terrible! Disgraceful! A few words that come to mind. I purchased some candles for a special surprise engagement party I was planning. I opted to pay the extra money for the first class delivery to ensure I got the candles in time. Over a week later I still had not received my order. I then called up the company for explanation for my missing package. They advised me to go to my local sorting office with no delivery card being left nothing and see if my parcel was there. Obviously, the parcel was not there. I called back and understandably frustrated asked for my money back as the goods would be no good to me if they weren't here in time for the party. The lady I spoke to told me she would send me out some more candles express delivery, so they will be there next day.
Unsurprisingly, another week later there is still NO candles. So my advice to you would be to NEVER use this company or place your order at least 6-9 months in advanced to ensure you maybe get your order in time. This being my first and only time using this company I can never see myself using them ever again, not recommend them to anyone.
