The ordering process went very smoothly. my items arrived much quicker than I had expected. My only disappointment was in the size of the lights I received. I had thought they would be larger. However, when I went back to the website I then found the description of them in which the size was indicated. My only suggestion for improvement is to put the item descriptions in a more obvious spot on the website. I am still mostly happy with my purchase and will likely order again. I would recommend lights.com to others.
