After receiving my solar string light set & allowing 2 days to charge, they did not turn on. I emailed the company and was pleased to receive a response within hours. They advised that a new order was shipping air express to me. Two days later I received 2 new solar panels and after charging them only 2 day the lights are now working. Love them! Good job Lights.com...now THAT is good customer service!
