This was my first purchase with lights.com and I could not be happier with the product and the customer service. I received my order very quickly as well. I did have one small issue with one candle in the 9 piece set I ordered. I called customer service and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. They had a new candle shipped out to me to fix the problem. I am very satisfied with my order and will be purchasing other items through this company as well.
