Very good customer service and responsiveness. Prompt delivery. The product was good quality. One quibble: When it arrived, the description on the box indicated that the electric candles were lightly scented -- I thought I was buying unscented candles. Still, a minor point. I probably overlooked some fine print, but I wish those kind of features were emphasized on the website. And I kept the candles - they were nice and the scent wasnt all that big a deal.
