A previous order arrived with one candle broken. I wrote, did not ask for a refund or another candle, I wanted them aware that everything was as expected and I was completely satisfied, just disappointed that one item was broken. Expecting nothing - this past week I received another candle. Now I can add that, not only the merchandise is great, the personal service is excellent. THANK TYOU
