i ordered an item that was backordered but never notified of same. After contacting Lights.com, the customer service department was able to contact tjo contact the manufacturer to give me a shipping date. I needed to contact Lights.com because the product was not received at the time promised. Lights.com was able to rectify the situation and I received the item yesterday.
