Customer service was excellent. I had an issue with some lights, and CS was very prompt in handling my issue. I suggest you take a look at how the copper string lights with the snowflakes are packaged. 2/3 strings were extremely hard to untangle right out of the package. Seems like they could be wound up in a way that they arrive without detangling. Would also suggest that you test the timers. Great lights, great customer service. Thanks.
