Along with two other sets of candles, I recently ordered 24 of these units for my new home. The clearance price was EXCELLENT and shipping was free! Within a few short days, the shipment arrived. 23/24 candles worked as expected but unfortunately, one was DOA. However, a quick email to customer service remedied the issue. Within a few days, I was sent a replacement at no charge. Needless to say, my home looks beautiful from dusk til dawn! The candles work perfectly and the warm light is not overpowering within the rooms at night. It's so nice to "set it and forget it"--no timers, no cords, no pain in the hiney :) Without question, I recommend this company and will definitely order from them again!
