Ordered multiples of these on Monday...received them on wednesday! Construction is pretty good, they look GREAT, and the batteries give it a good weighted bottom. The warm white flame is exactly that. I originally planned to use the ' constant on ' flame, but tried the flickering, and actually liked the gentle flicker. The photo eye works well, and if an area is too bright for the eye to sense dusk, and go on, it is easy enough to shade or cover. Very pleased with this purchase, the product, the customer service, and the company!
