I purchased this set of candles as I love the effects of burning candles but want to be safe. In my original order, there was something wrong with the remote control and I could not get it to work. I called Customer Service and was immediately sent a replacement remote control. The candles are beautiful, and it is such a convenience to be able to control them with the remote.
