Shipment received promptly. One of the flameless candles did not work. Took a chance at emailing the company about them sending me just the one replacement as it was for my daughters wedding. In less than two hours, I received an email back saying they were sending out the next day just the one that I needed. No muss, no fuss! I received the replacement candle before I knew it! Thats what I call GREAT customer service!
