I needed assistance with a replacement product from Lights.com. I was guided to purchase an item that turned out to incorrect. Unfortunately, the rep I spoke to was unable to find the correct product for me. After emailing briefly to express my dissatisfaction at the situation, the rep sympathized with my situation and was able to offer a full refund of the item and shipping costs. I was so pleased to see that a company was more concerned with the satisfaction of a customer than making a profit. The rep I communicated with was knowledgable in answering my questions and responded to my emails quickly. This is some of the best customer service Ive ever had in a long time. I wouldnt totally recommend people to shop with this company. I will continue to make purchases from them in the future.
