1...the candles were wrapped well, taking care of the flame flicker, and came in perfect condition
2...they came in about a week+
3...I am sensitive to smells it was a vanilla scent that was sooooo very slight when in use, I never smelt it
4...I liked being able to speak with the salesman, sorry
I forgot his name he had good suggestions.
5...They were a Valentins present for my honey, what a great touch, we used them the whole weekend on our trip
6...I love the remote, a MUST have!!!!
