I am very impressed with the customer service I received on my last order with your company. It was a rush order for my hotel overseas, and, Sam Kay was able to make some great arrangements with regard to expedited shipping and followed up to make sure it all went well. Had he not done this, I would have lost the order. This is my 2nd order with your company. I am very happy with your customer relations.
