The candles have worked as advertised. The dim/bright feature is negligible with no difference between the settings and the candle flicker mode is very fake looking. That said as an accent light they work just fine. I use them in wall sconces in the four corners of a room for which the remote is great. The shipping was also excellent I ordered on a Friday and had them Monday
