The reviews were split between great and not good at all. I took a gamble because the price wasnt too crazy. At first, randomly they worked with the remote. And you had to hold it right by the candle. Two days later, I decided to give it one last try before I threw them in the trash and they all (8 lights) turned on with one remote. From across the room. They have been working ever since. Before this happened, I had immediately complained to the company and was contacted within 24hrs and told they would send me 2 new remotes. Which at this point now I dont need, but very much appreciate the fast response and great customer service. They are beautiful and provide the kind of ambiance I was looking for.
