I had a question about shipping and delivery timeferames, then as it turned out I wanted to change my option...left a voicemail with customer service and they called back right away. The gentleman made the adjustment and the credit for the difference in shipping costs was credited in a timely manner. I LOVE THE CANDLES, too!!!
