I purchased lights for a candy table. I placed two seperate orders. My first order was perfect. There were no complications in using the tea lights. However, the second order I place and specifically the white tea lights, we struggled with them. Hard to turn and I want to know how I can be reimbursed for the tea lights that didnt work. If I paid for 18 lights I should be able to use all of them.
I used my tea lights under rocks for a candy bar. Loved them. The bar was a big hit. I know the tea lights were a big part of that.
Please advise on how I return lights that didnt work and a credit?
