I suggest that the order delivery method and ETA be prominently displayed on the website. I received the order confirmation email and clicked on the contained link, and noted the order status was in progress, with no other information provided. The order remained in that status for several days. I was concerned it would not arrive before Thanksgiving. I emailed lights.com inquiring as to an approximate delivery date, and received a prompt response that proved to be accurate. The order arrived and I am in the process of stringing the lights on the tree.
