Communication has been good. Were still waiting for the solar panel to power Christmas lights. We did have some items damaged during shipment that Lights.com is in the process of replacing... and they went the extra mile to replace an item that could have gone either way.
I have faith the solar panel will arrive soon and the replacement items as well.
Quality of the items I did get was good for the price. No complaints.
