Yes, I would recommend Lights.com for both the diversity of product and excellent pricing.
The only negative is when the order is waiting to be processed. As a first time customer, I was not sure if the order was going to be cancelled or not and if I had to try and get my money back. As a returning customer, I now know it takes a bit more time than other sites to process the order.
