When my order arrived, there were defective items in the package. I submitted a support ticket and it was handled in a timely fashion. Replacement items were sent and when they arrived, they were in good working order. I would give 5 stars if the items arrived in good working condition the first time, however, it requires additional time when items purchased dont arrive ready to go as well as delaying my intended use. Thanks for your prompt responses to the issues with my first items.
