I ordered a holiday gift for my mother and it was exactly as it was advertised, just what she wanted and about 30% cheaper than the ones I had seen elsewhere. I am very happy. The shipping was fast and packaging just right so nothing was broken. I didnt have to call customer service so cannot vouch for that part but the fact that I didnt need them says a lot. Thank you.
