The flameless lights are phenomenal, especially the ones with the wax on the outside. I love all of the products that I purchased and the ones that were sent for presents to my friends on Cape Cod were a real hit. The fact that the lights have timers is such a plus. The only thing that I would love is an approximate duration of the battery life for each light product. Obviously, the lights with more batteries would probably last longer than those with just a single battery. I would have bought more lights, especially the little tea lights if I could have an idea of the length of service with the little button batteries. Your service department is A+, I had an issue with one of the candles in the lantern, where the led light within the candle became dislodged and fell to the bottom of the candle. But your service department was great in replacing this. ( I tried fixing this by myself, but sadly, the whole candle assembly is permanently fixed to the lantern.)
