The Thermos is very effective and the delivery was extremely quick. The only problem I had was where the instruction and warranty pages were rolled up and placed inside the thermos. I didn't notice until it was too late after I poured hot water inside the device ruining the documents. is it possible for someone to email me replacement instructions and warranty document
