Hi Lil treasures. I was pleased with my Item (Jellycat Mussel) but I was disappointed with the way it arrived. I have ordered Jellycat items before, direct from Jellycat UK, they arrive in a Jellycat bag ready for gifting. My item from you arrived as is, just in a box! No bag or wrapping. I am disappointed
