I initially received the wrong item ordered from Lilac & Mila. However their customer service is excellent. They immediatley dispatched the correct item and resolved the issue for me without any extra cost to myself and gave me a discount on future purchase. They have a genuine friendly attitude to customers and show that they really care both about their customers and their brand- which means alot. I live in England and this is the only place I can find the larger sizes of Jaase clothing & their selection of this brand is great. I will definitely buy from them in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend Lilac & Mila.
