I got burned too. Ordered 3 tops in April 2019, received 2 and expected the 3rd to be coming since their website states you could receive split shipments. It never came. Looked at my credit card statement and saw the charge for all three. Tried contacting them via their website and it didn't work - kept returning me to the beginning. Contacted my credit card company, opened a dispute, they tried contacting liligal and received no reply. Credit card company refunding all my money. I didn't realize I was ordering directly from China and WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM A US-BASED COMPANY IN THE FUTURE. I thin liligal is a fraud. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
