I ordered a Red Kite Sleeptight travel cot online and I found the process very easy. I was given an estimated delivery date of 15th June but it was available by 3rd June. I got an email from DPD with a delivery date which wasn't convenient for me, but I found it very easy to change the date online following their instructions. I have no complaints about the service I received.
