Excellent customer service. We bought this pram and selected a delivery date 2 months in advance. We received a notification from the team when the item was dispatched and taking details for delivery. The product arrived at the time selected and on the date picked. We opened the product to check contents and it is really easy to put together. Everything was there and once assembled was easy to swap the seat and carry cot parts, as well as attach the car seat adaptors and elevators. Product is exactly as expected- and seems very sturdy, although I’m only 6months pregnant so we haven’t tested it out in public yet!
