It was our first visit to this gorgeous store. All the ladies were extremely friendly and helpful within the store, we had gone to look at a travel system in particular but they didn’t have it on show so the lady (I believe her name was Kimberly) went to the unit and did a 40 minute round trip just so we could view the travel system, she set it all up and went in depth on showing us how it all worked, her knowledge was brilliant and it came to light that we had previously been told wrong about a specific car seat, as first time parents we didn’t really know what we were looking for and was quite daunting but Kimberly really helped and put us at ease to make sure we chose the perfect one.
