Unfortunately, the first bouncer arrived broken from the manufacturer . I emailed little angels and they sorted it out immediately and a new bouncer arrived in the next couple of days, therefore I give 5 stars for their customer service as well as the 5 in 1 bouncer which is lovely and deep as a carrycot and an easily transportable highchair as baby grows.
